I know it looks less than appealing as per the resolution of photobooth.
But it really is as luxurious as dark chocolate souffles,
without the (blood vessel popping) stress having having them deflate on you.
Baked Custard Creams
dark chocolate 250g, pouring cream 300ml, milk 300ml, egg yolks 4, sugar 90g
1. whist egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick
2. heat milk and cream, pour over chocolate and mix until all melted
3. add egg mixture
4. pour into ramekins
5. cook in bain marie 180 degrees celcius for 20
6. allow to cool (tastes even better if it's been refrigerated)
